Offset a input signal
A non-inverting summing amplifier is one approach to offseting an input signal.
Here is a complete solution:
Non-Inverting Amplifier w/ DC offset: +/- 200mV to +/- 2.5V
Op Amp is TL072 or TL082
TSH82 Configurable OpAmp Board
High pass RC filter & Instrumentation Amp Methods (AD8221)
Add a DC offset with voltage divider and capacitors
