I discovered a great online service called Appointlet that lets people schedule free and paid consultations (or meetings) with you based on your defined calendar stated availability.   The calender integrates with our Outlook or Google calendar.   This service is fantastic alone, but it also integrates web conferencing and other collaboration tools, and you can configure it so that you can get paid for a consultation.   The Startup plan is free for a single person to use for unlimited duration.   Upgrade to Premium and bring on five other team members.
