How to visit a grocery store / bank / or other public place
Bring the "Equipment" with you whenever you leave your home.
Don disposable latex gloves before you leave your car.
Maintain at least six feet from anyone around you (leave if you cannot !!!).
Visualize every surface in public as something covered in wet paint.
Before touching a "public surface" (grocery cart, door handle, gas pump, ..), spray
it with alcohol and wait at least 30 seconds to disinfect.
Touch the "public surface" using your glove protected hands.
Use a credit card instead of cash to pay for your products (cash is difficult to disinfect).
Disinfect any object (credit card, pen, etc.) you must exchange with someone.
As you return to your car, spray your glove covered hands and any other
items exposed to the public with alcohol. Remove the gloves and dispose of
